About Sugo Osteria
Sugo is classically designed to have a warm, evocative feel in an industrial setting. With concrete floors, reclaimed wood walls, concrete bar, Berkel slicer, wood fired oven and a mosaic tile wall to give the feel of a true Osteria. Additionally, the menu changes seasonally to go with our seasonal cocktail list by Glendon Hartley. Pizza & pasta are some of our favorites but our menu offers plenty more from the sea and the butcher. Creminelli meats top our charcuterie offerings while house favorites like lamb chops, roasted chicken and octopus are always available.
In 2006, childhood friends Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropolous and Dimitri Moshovitis opened their first Cava Mezze restaurant in Rockville, Maryland. With over 200 300 amazing team members, they are proud to bring you Cava Mezze Restaurant, Cava Mezze Grill along with Sugo Osteria.
